The Captain

International man of mystery.  The Captain handles the band and maintains order out of the chaos, even in the roughest seas.  A multi-talented musician extraordinaire who keeps his profile low but his leading influence is super sonic.

Brandon Davis
Drummer and Ship Gunner

Based out of Los Angeles, Brandon Davis is one of the world’s most sought after drummers; and with more than 300 sessions and 90 albums under his belt, including Ricky Iglasias, Steve Harwell and Smash Mouth; his career continues to go from strength to strength since joining the Beer and Flies rogue warriors.

Mad Myx
The Ship’s Doctor

Having trained as a classical musician in the finest styles under superb tutelage, Mad Myx joined forces with the Beer and Flies by perfect serendipity.  Since then he has been helping to fix things that break, working with a calm expertise, like mystical magic, with all things musical, vocal and production orientated.

Guitarist and Master at Arms

Academy Award winning New York based guitarist, composer and producer, Ziv graduated in 2005 with several scholarships and went on to study classical music under the legendary Dr Jonathan Piezlak and the Pulitzer Prize Professor David Del Tredici.  Currently collaborating with the Spread Eagle band, with a past record of rocking stages including the Carnegie Hall, the Shamrock Festival and much more besides; Ziv couldn’t resist the temptation of being a part of the Beer and Flies World Tour.

Bad Brad
Bad Brad

“Infamous guitarist Bad Brad, cut his teeth cranking out riffs on the Sunset Strip. He now resides in Nashville Tn. and is recovering.”

The British born award winning multi-instrumentalist, composer and arranger, is a master of the musical arts with over 20 years experience in the industry; working with huge names such Tony Visconti (David Bowie and Bolan), Simon Napier-Bell (Japan, Ultravox) and the unmissable musical theatre star, Anna Hawkins.  He’s also shared a stage with the Sugababes, Foals, Carter USM, and now, the Beer and Flies.

Scott Foster Harris

Heralding from the deserts of Las Vegas and part of the infamously stylish Orchid Blooms duo, Scott Foster Harris is an aficionado of guitars, bass, keys, percussion and vocals; while embodying the timeless virtues of synchronistic harmony in the immortal rock and roll format, his place in the Beer and Flies was inevitable from the start.

Bad Brad
Jay Michaelis

Following his newly released album, ‘Drive Me’, with Mike Clink of Guns & Roses, Jay Michaelis has reached the upper heights of modern drumming; having played with State Line Empire, Solid State Logic and Doomsday Device, but it wasn’t enough.  Following his epic success as a drummer he took an unexpected turn and became a singer with the Beer and Flies.

Nicole Garza

Emmy award winning Nicole Graza has enjoyed an incredible career to date having worked as a writer and vocalist with Harry Maslin (with credits of David Bowie, Madonna and Sheryl Crow) as well as recurring on screen appearances in the record breaking Fox series EMPIRE.  Recently signed to 20th Century Fox as a songwriter, she has also performed with Huey Lewis, Faith Hill, Starship, Rusted Roof and many more besides.  Currently working with Metzger Music as a vocal instructor, she has teamed up with the Beer and Flies for their Angels Disintegrated album.

Former green room assistant for Blues ‘n’ Trouble; Rik turned bounty hunter to work as a Pen for Hire and Ghost Writer; and with an insatiable appetite for Sci-fi, nothing is beyond the realms of possibility.

From the shores of the Atlantic Ocean to the mighty depths of European forests Jack shreds his way through six strings like an eagle in the wind. Melodic songwriting and blasting guitar solos are his main oars of his Rock n’ Roll vessel.

“Matthew hails from the sunny port of San Pedro, and grew up watching some of the biggest bands in the world perform at the renowned venues all across Los Angeles.

Following in the footsteps of giants he has spent the last fifteen years performing on those very same stages, as well as recording at the same iconic studios as bands like Guns N’ Roses, Black Sabbath, No Doubt and Audioslave.

He is a captivating, visceral performer on stage: a tasteful, nuanced musician (frequently doubling as producer/engineer) in the studio. A steel fist, in a velvet glove.”
